TABLE-CHAIR-FOOD MACHINE & ALL OTHER MISC. ITEMS RENTAL INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT

I understand all items will be inspected prior to pickup/delivery and condition documented. *

I accept the information documented on the pre-delivery/pickup inspection form as true and understand I can request a copy prior to the drop off/pickup for my own records.*

I accept that any damages will be recorded within 48 business hours of rental returns and or upon pickup of items and documented with photos and emailed or texted to renter.*

I accept full financial responsibility for any damages to rental items listed on the invoice and any supporting materials used. I understand I will be invoiced for these items prior to charging any card that may be on file. I will have 5 business days from the invoice for damages to pay the invoice before the card will automatically be charged.
